Having worked in professional kitchens around London for over 10 years, I turned my studies to Nutrition in a bid to understand the growing epidemic of gut health problems I could see taking a hold of those I loved around me.
I studied at one of the top schools in Nutrition, CNM, spending 3 years investigating the evidence-based biochemical processes that contribute to gut health challenges.
I am now lucky enough to be in a position to empower my clients with the tools to turn their lives around and to get on top of a range of IBS and IBD symptoms, many of which have been rumbling for many years.
Using functional testing I teach people about their bodies and the biological effect of foods. Working totally bespoke, I create my protocols around realistic and practical changes they can make to ultimately improve health outcomes and disease processes.
